About Me

Passionate about Homeopathy

About me I am a fully qualified, and registered, Classical homeopath. I practise locally in Sussex and worldwide via Zoom, Skype, What's App and FaceTime. I trained at the South Downs School of Homeopathy. I am an Affiliate of the Faculty of Homeopathy and a member of Homeopathy International (HINT).

Whether you present with a seemingly minor ailment or a life-changing condition, my aim is to support you to recover good health and a sense of wellbeing.

I also offer short telephone consultations – for example for the symptoms of coughs, flu, stomach upsets and other short-term complaints.

I make a point of attending regular mentoring sessions, study groups, CPD days and seminars to ensure I am keeping up to date with the latest developments and continue to deepen my knowledge of homeopathy.

Why homeopathy?

My fascination with this alternative medicine goes back a long way - I have my parents to thank for introducing me to it as a child and it has been my go-to medicine of choice my whole life.

Much is written about how homeopathy does not work, mainly out of ignorance, and yet the clinical experience of homeopaths for more than 200 years is evidence to the contrary. Take a look at this 4 minute clip from the Homeopathy Research Institute.

My utter conviction that homeopathy does what it says on the tin, and is the medicine of the future, is explained in this short sentence: remedies work by stimulating the person's vitality and it is our vitality that keeps us alive and healthy. When that vitality is depleted, weakened or imbalanced, then we become ill, in fact that is what illness is. After that happens we start to develop mental and physical symptoms. The role of homeopathy is to support the body on the road to recovery.

As Plato, one of the most important Greek philosophers, famously said: 'The cure of the part should not be attempted without treatment of the whole. No attempt should be made to cure the body without the soul, and, if the head and body are to be healthy, you must begin by curing the mind ... This is the great error of our day in the treatment of the human body, that physicians first separate the soul from the body'. We are after all a whole person not just a collection of organs

I am also a qualified natural nutritionist and can offer dietary advice if required.

For alternative medicine in Sussex ... Think Homeopathy.
